For Near Mint raw cards and all graded cards: seller photos and a packing video are strongly recommended at any value, and the buyer unboxing video is mandatory to open a dispute. Above $5,000 USD sealed package photos become mandatory for all conditions.
For Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, or Damaged raw cards where total (card + shipping) is $100 or below: no seller photos or unboxing video are required. Disputes are resolved based on the condition grade agreed at purchase and the message thread.
